How to Order

Ordering is Easy! While you shop our Web site, use your shopping cart to keep track of products you want to buy. Here's how it works:

Step 1:  
Selecting Products and using your Shopping Cart
Browse our web site until you find a product you wish to purchase. Select any options and accessories listed with the product then click the button. If you are ordering software, a form will be displayed allowing you to register the software. When you have completed the form, click the "order now" button on this page. You are now taken to your shopping cart where you will see the product name, quantity and price displayed.

If you wish to purchase other items click on the button.
You can go back to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top of the page.

Step 2:
Complete your Order
When you are ready to finalize your order go back to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon at the top of the page.

Step 3: Select your Order Options
Quantities
If you wish to change quantities of any item, enter the new quantity then click on . If you would like to remove an item click on .

Sales Tax
If the order will be sent to California then click on the Sales Tax button.

Shipping Options
Select which shipping method you would like to use. If your shipment is outside the USA please select the appropriate method.

Payment Options:
Select your desired payment option:

  • Credit Card - Secured on-line transaction Recommended Option
    Your credit card information is entered on a Secured Payment Form.

  • Credit Card Transaction via Telephone or FAX
    Your order is sent to us without the credit card information, you must call or fax your credit card information to complete the order.

  • Check or Money Order
    You must print and mail your order along with a check or Money Order.

Once you have selected your Order Options click on the button.

Step 4: Shipping and Billing Addresses
Provide information on where your order should be sent. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, simply click the appropriate button. Complete billing information is required for credit card transactions. Enter any special instructions in the field at the bottom of the page. Click on the button when complete.

Step 5: Credit Card Information
If you selected Secure Credit Card transaction as your payment option you will taken to the Secure Payment Form.

  • Select your Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX)

  • Enter the Credit Card Number

  • Enter the 3 digit security number
      VISA or MasterCard - the last 3 numbers on the back of the card in the signature box
      AMEX - the last 3 numbers imprinted on the front of the card above the card number
      (if you can not read the numbers, enter 000)

  • Enter the cards expiration month and year

Make sure the billing information matches that of your selected card.
You can change any order information by clicking on the button.
To submit your order click on the button once.

Step 6:
Order Displayed
Your order will be displayed on your computer. You may wish to print the order for own your records.

  • Credit Card Transaction via Telephone or FAX
    You must call or FAX your credit card information before your order will be completed.

  • Check or Money Order Transactions
    Print out the order form from your browser and mail it to the address on the order form with your payment.

After You Submit Your Order
* We will confirm your order via an automated e-mail.
* We will notify you of shipment via e-mail.
* We will charge your credit card when your order ships (except special orders).
* We will alert you before processing your order if there is any change in status or price. See our Availability Policy for more information

Product Availability

Wide Screen Software LLC makes every effort to provide current stock status. In spite of these attempts, items listed on the site as available may occasionally fall on backorder.

In Stock
Products will ship within 2 business days of credit card authorization and screening, unless a different processing time is specified on the product description page. (We attempt to ship all in stock items within 24 hours not including weekends or holidays.)

Out of Stock
When a product is out of stock, you will be notified by email and your order will be automatically placed on back order. Wide Screen Software LLC does not charge your credit card until your order ships. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.

Please Note: Should a product become discontinued, you will be notified and your order will be canceled.

Special Orders
Special orders can be taken for Suunto products that we do not regularly stock. Payment in advance is required for special orders. Send us an email regarding your special order needs and we will contact the manufacturer regarding cost and availability. For example, Suunto compasses for magnetic zones other than Zone 1 have to be ordered from Finland. Delivery for these items may take from 5 - 8 weeks.

Quantity Limitation
Wide Screen Software LLC reserves the right to limit quantities.

Cancellations
Wide Screen Software LLC reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Additionally, Wide Screen Software LLC reserves the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site in error or has errors contained within the product descriptions, including pricing.


Payment Options


Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards for all purchases.
Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Billing information will need to be verified with the issuing bank. If this information is not verifiable with the bank, the order may be cancelled.

Your Credit Card is not charged until your order ships. (With the exception of special orders which require pre-payment.)

Checks or Money Orders
Money Orders and Checks in US Dollars are also accepted. Do not send Cash.
Make checks payable to Wide Screen Software LLC
Shipping may be delayed on checks and Money Orders.

Purchase Orders
We DO NOT accept Purchase Orders.

Currency
All payments must be in US Dollars.

Sales Tax
California Sales Tax (8.25%) is added to all orders shipped to California Addresses.

International Orders
Additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees that are charged in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.


Credit Card Security

Wide Screen Software LLC's Online Store uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption and a private secure server for processing online transactions. SSL is a type of encoding that scrambles the data sent from your computer through an SSL enhanced browser. The encoded data is sent to a private secure server (computer) and remains encoded until your order is processed. Once your order is cleared by Wide Screen Software LLC, the information is immediately deleted from the server. Wide Screen Software LLC has it's own Merchant Account for credit card transactions, your credit card information is NOT processed by a third party.

A browser that supports secure SSL transactions is required. (Current versions of Netscape Navigator, MS Internet Explorer and AOL's browser support this feature.) If your browser does not support SSL, or if you are behind an internal firewall that does not permit the transmission of encrypted information, you will not be able to order online with a credit card. You may place your order online and then phone in your credit card. You may also Mail or FAX your completed order. Printable, PDF and online order forms are also available.

Wide Screen Software LLC reserves the right to reject any order deemed to be made in bad faith, or that may be in violation of local laws, taxes or restrictions. It is a violation of the law to make orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card.

Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent activity. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank.

Wide Screen Software LLC uses the US Postal Service Priority Mail as the standard shipping method. In most cases we ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs/FPOs, U.S. territories, Alaska and Hawaii by US Postal Service Priority.

Premium Shipping - USA
Federal Express 2nd Day
Next Day Service

Rates  

Expedited delivery is available at an additional charge. These orders are shipped by Federal Express. Standard, Priority or 2nd Day service is available for domestic addresses. Please note: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APOs/FPOs.
Most orders received by 2pm Pacific Time (Monday - Friday) will be shipped out that day for overnight delivery. FedEx Saturday deliveries are available for an additional fee.

Delivery times are stated in business days and do not include order processing times.

  • Standard - Routinely delivered within 2-5 business days
  • 2nd Day - Delivered by the 2nd business day by 5:00 PM
  • Next Day - Delivered the next business day by 5:00 PM

All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.

Order Status
We will notify you by e-mail when your package ships. FedEx shipments have tracking numbers that will be included in your email.

Order Processing Time
Order processing times are within 2 business days for in stock items, and are contingent upon credit card authorization and do not include weekends or holidays.
(We attempt to process orders within 24 hours, most orders received before 2pm Pacific Time will be shipped out that day except weekends or holidays.)
Wide Screen Software LLC will send an e-mail message notifying you when an item is delayed beyond the time represented.

Rates 


You may choose between US Postal Service or Federal Express shipping. Wide Screen Software LLC uses USPS Priority International Mail for software and International Express Mail or Air Mail Parcel Post as the standard shipping method to international addresses. To support our international customer’s expedited needs Wide Screen Software LLC will use FedEx as its premium carrier. Additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees that are charged in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Standard: 4-15 business days
  • Premium: 3-6 business days
