You need to know how to download a file, locate the downloaded file on your computer, decompress this file and install specific files onto your computer.

The download process is NOT automatic or instantaneous.
You will NOT be able to download the software immediately after you place your order.
To protect our Customer's Privacy we do not use an outside company for immediate Credit Card verification. We will process your credit card information. When your Credit Card is approved you will receive an email with download instructions, usually within 24 hours (except weekends & holidays). Please double check that your email address is entered correctly. You will be given 72 hours to download the software.
SPAM Filters may intercept your download instruction email
If you or your email provider use SPAM or Junk Mail filters you should add
<info@wide-screen.com> to your email address book. This will usually prevent the filters from diverting the email instructions. If you do not receive your download instructions within 24 hours, check any folders that your SPAM filters might place the suspected SPAM emails.
