The Software Download is NOT immediate.
We personally process every order. You will receive download instructions via email. This may take as long as 24 hours but depending on the time of day it is usually faster. Weekends and Holidays may take as long as 48 hours.

The Web download process is recommended for experience internet users.

If you have any doubts please order a disk. Once your Credit Card is approved you will receive an email with download instructions, usually within 24 hours (except weekends & holidays). Please double check that your email address is entered correctly. After you have downloaded the software please make a back-up on CD-R or another media. You may wish to order a sunPATH update/backup on CD-ROM.
