Web Update Request


The download process is NOT automatic or instantaneous.
You will NOT be able to download the software immediately after you place your order.

Once your registration information has been confirmed we will send an email with instructions on how to download your update, usually within 24 hours (except weekends & holidays).
Please double check that your email address is entered correctly.


The Web download process is recommended only for
experienced computer users.

You need to know how to download a file, locate the downloaded file on your computer, decompress this file and install specific files onto your computer.

If you have any doubts please order a CD-rom.

SPAM Filters may intercept your download instruction email
If you or your email provider use SPAM or Junk Mail filters you should add
<info@wide-screen.com> to your email address book. This will usually prevent the filters from diverting the email instructions. If you do not receive your download instructions within 24 hours, check any folders that your SPAM filters might place the suspected SPAM emails.

After you have downloaded the software please make a back-up on CD-R or another media or you may wish to order a sunPATH update/backup on CD-ROM.

**Backup copies shipped to International users will have a receipt that shows only the cost for the backup.

It will take a minute or so to process your information. When the process has completed a "Thank You" page will appear.
